Your teacher is Maria Graf, Master Pastry Chef and artisan Chocolatier. For Maria, who came to Australia after leaving her home country of Austria more than 25 years ago, chocolate is not just about taste and the pleasure it gives, it's also about the endless inspiration and creative possibilities it offers.

Maria perfected her craft while working in hotels and resorts around the world and for many years as a teacher she has passed on her knowledge and skills to others. Her love of chocolate and her experience as a chocolatier has inspired her to establish ‘The Art of Chocolate’ creative chocolate classes so everyone can enjoy creating specialty chocolates.
